🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.
🚚 Shipping Timelines
United States
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with estimated delivery in 15–20 business days.
International
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.
⏳ Please note: Delays may occur due to customs, weather, high demand, or other global factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your order?

Email cartialux@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Use the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER” or “ADDRESS CHANGE”.
 
After 24 hours or once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
💥 Damaged Items
Received a damaged product?
Please email cartialux@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
